lesson learnt COVID-19

Lessons we are learning due to  COVID-19

As of March 18, India has 139 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) which is believed to have originated from the Wuhan city in China's Hubei province sometime in December of last year.
The novel coronavirus has led to three deaths across India, with the first being that of a 76-year-old man in Karnataka's Kalaburagi, the second a s68-year-old woman in Delhi and the third being a 64-year-old man who succumbed to the infection in Mumbai on Tuesday.

The whole world is fighting the war against COVID-19 . we are   locked in our homes due to it fear.
Arrangements are being made to fight against the possible  outbreak of  the epidemic .
The problem is that we don’t have medical solution for this virus as well as we don’t know how to cope with this virus  infection.
It is learnt that China has been able to contain the spread of this virus
But so many countries like USA,  ITALY   are worst victim and they are still fighting to contain this.
The havoc created by this virus in ITALY is really heart breaking
We are still feeling helpless  as the menace of this virus has made our life standstill. We are locked down in our homes.
We are  required to follow the guidelines issued by  the authorities  and if we don’t follow the guidelines we are bound to suffer.
We are now passing thru tough time and living in shadow of fear.
There has been great impact on our economy  and  problems are being faced in many sectors for ex aviation industry
People are so scared that they are hoarding ration for difficult days ahead
Its time that we take care of ourselves as well as help the govt. in managing the outbreak of the epidemic.
One thing people have learnt that  one should be well equipped to meet such eventuality
The people with low immunity and suffering from some diseases have become victim to  a large extent
That means we should make these rules as part of  our daily habits
·         WASHING HANDS WITH SOAP IN CORRECT WAY
·         OBSERVE HYGIENE IN DAILY LIFE
·         BOOST IMMUNITY SYSTEM
·         CLEANIINESS AND POLLUTION CONTROL
Human values are facing great threat.
Take the case of a ITALIAN citizen who is crying for help. His sister is dead due to virus and he is locked up in his home for two days and  he is not getting any help
I saw a news item which shows us that even no one is coming in last rites of people who have died
Such heart breaking situation melts our heart.
I like to share some useful fats regarding COVID-19  which was told by Director of AIIMS in a TV program of INDIA TODAY.
The director AIIMS, Mr. Guleria   clarified many things which we want to know , a brief summary  is given below:
1.   Those persons who have a travel history of vising the country having this virus should be tested for virus
2.   Those persons coming in contact  with infected person should be  tested
3.   Cases of common viral infection should be treated as usual
4.   Washing hands with soap is better option than sanitiser
5.   Avoid travel if you can
6.   Avoid crowded places
7.   Take care of seniors above age of 55 as they are more prone to this infection
8.   Alcohol or drinking hot water is not the medicine for cure against this virus
9.   No medicine is available to cure this virus
10.                Social distancing will help in containing spread of this virus
11.                Yoga and pranayama - no evidence of its action on virus
12.                The measures being taken might increase your immunity and you will be able to fight well
13.                As this is human virus   so eating non veg will not infect

Therefore , in my opinion we should not panic rather we should gear up ourselves to fight against this virus , also be aware and be vigilant.
